A superior Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA) made from individually selected German Ortega shrivelled with noble rot, i.e. "botrytized" grapes. Intense sweetness and rich flavor, with a lot of caramel and honey bouquet, rock fruits note such as apricot and distinctive aroma of the noble rot. A rich, balanced and complicated dessert wine.
